Families may remain in our program for up to one year in secure, stable housing designed to preserve family unity. Our multifamily property provides a safe environment where parents and children can remain together while working toward long-term stability and independence.
Families contribute to affordable rent during their stay to build responsible budgeting habits. Upon successful program completion, rent payments are returned, minus any damages, helping families secure permanent housing and transition forward with financial confidence.
All participating parents are required to work or actively seek employment. We provide job placement support and employer partnerships to help parents secure stable income, strengthen financial independence, and successfully transition into permanent housing.
